I think the OP left I requested to sign twice now with no results.

I do remember her talking about taking a break from Gaia for a while. I dunno if or when she will be back. It's unfortunate the list isn't getting updated, but if you did want to join this cause I'd suggest just putting one of the No-GC images in your sig just so other users know you are boycotting even if your name isn't on the list. She may be back to update the list but I can't say for sure..

Isn't there a another thread where we can move all the signatures from here to somewhere else? The person isn't updating the sigs so I assume he/she left.

There are some related petitions linked in the front post. This one has over 1,000 signatures and is still currently being updated. It's different, but it still addresses the obvious problem on this website.



Although it is a shame that this petition hasn't been updated. There have been a TON of posts since the OP quit logging in...

I've been hearing things about about the other website that Gaia's been spending plenty of money on.

The website title is a rape reference and unfiltered porn is scattered around the website. Go to this thread to see more conversation about it. And I checked out the website a short while ago, the swinging p***s was still on the front page.

Yeah, I just glanced at the tentacl website, and to say that I'm underwhelmed is a gross understatement... I saw that it's in beta, which means that they have a lot of work to do on the site, but even so, I give it about 6 months tops before it gets shut down hard by the authorities for allowing minors to see porn without logging in, or even joining up without any attempt at age verification.

All that time, energy, and money wasted on that piece of crap... and at the same time, letting Gaia Online die slowly from greed and neglect. That's low even in comparison to some of the s**t I've seen elsewhere, and that's saying quite a bit...

I agree with this thread completely but people saying the OP was permabanned. Do you have proof? It's more likely she is taking a hiatus or quit.

She did say she was thinking about quitting months ago because of the way the site was going. I know if I started something like this campaign and was banned I would create a new account, log in and mention that I was banned because of this.

Gaia really needs to take notice that their
loyal citizens (members) have been unhappy
for quite awhile now with their stupid Flynn's
endless booty and absolutely ridiculous
inflation as well as nonstop new GC items.
This is just completely unfair to all of us
who have been so loyal to Gaia for so long
and who have spent hundreds of dollars
every year, supporting Gaia even during
difficult times. I really hope that something
is done about this soon so that our MP
can start fixing itself and going back to
normal. I do so solemnly swear to not
purchase anything off the marketplace or
buy GC until the owners of Gaia fix this
problem and I hope others do the same.

I've got a small amount of Gaia cash spare from a while ago, like enough for one of those rainbow of reward thingies. I've no idea if they actually give anything or are a blind gamble, or whether I'd be wiser to buy an non-gen item from the cash shop instead? A Evening Lotus at 500gc seems to be going for 220m?!? No idea what to do, all I know is the gold I had previously is near worthless now gonk

Oh you can get better than that. Try Cupid Lips for 220m. Half the price, 250 GC.

The main cause of inflation is gold generators. Flynn's booty/chest. Make it rain, win up to 1 BILLION gold, or Make it hurricane, win up to 2 BILLION gold. Way too much excess gold being pumped into the system. Not enough gold sinks to combat it.

Gold has devalued a ton. You should read more about inflation in the spoiler on the front page of this thread, under "Feedback from Others".

They'll probably figure out that they need to do a better job of filtering it. It certainly hasn't made a good first impression.

Being the person who knows a lot of random stuff, the irony of it this, this particular infamous type of fetish actually isn't even that common in the culture it's associated with. I think it was made famous by some anime, but I'm not sure the details.

Though to be fair, the other not appropriate titles that would be more Western base would probably be more "ew" in nature. So in the grand scheme of things, if you had to choose a name that would set such an obvious tone, that's not a bad way to go exactly.

Granted with the unravel game, maybe a punny name on bondage would have been better *hides*.
