this is how bad it is

I was on last night, signed out at 3am, came back about 11am to find 3 cash shop announcements. Sign out came back at 6pm to find 4 cash shop announcements so in less them 24 hours there have been a total of 7 cash shop announcements....................................That is outrages

thats weird because i've only seen 4 today and those cash shop announcements weren't really anything new since they had already priced down two bundles before they announced it was a sale cat_rofl so gaia FAIL. Anyway, the announcements were done as just a reminder just in case some users wonder what ever happened to this item and blah blah blah so forth.

So many cash shop items being around is unnecessary in general imo. I feel like them being so prominent is devaluing regular shop stuff, a lot of which is gorgeous. All I'm seeing for avatars these days is as many cash items as can be piled on one avi.

cat_eek before u spent ur money did u ever debate on if you should use $10 or not? bc i've made regrets too when it came to the CS like one time i bought an item $75 - $100 planned on selling it but value went too way down

Well, when I bought the GC, I was a noob and didn't really know how the site worked. I just wanted a few outfits for my avi and so I went to the shops and spent all my gold there. xDDD LOL.

oh lol basically easy gold, well $10 doesn't hurt a bit really i guess it just depends on our situation. At least you're not like me, once in a while i'll buy something with GC that i know i can sell (: bc i finally had the funds for what i call my enjoyment/stress relief from reality

I'm utterly appalled at the amount of Cash Shop notices I've been seeing. Since I rejoined, every single announcement has been Cash crap. And I just don't want to spend that money. Admittedly, when I joined again i was like "oh cool I can grab a few things with my Christmas money" but now I'm like really? I can afford this, but I'm just totally turned off from buying the things that keep getting shoved in my face like this.

could of been a glitch, wouldn't be the first time Gaia glitched out on me. Use to get one where if I had more then 15 friends on my friends list it would delete people at random. The I had one that said I had 1,000 pms when I had none. So ya it could of just been a glitch showing me old announcements. I wouldn't of noticed. I tend not to look at them much anymore

lol i suppose and yea i had stopped looking at announcements but sometimes they're helpful to me (:
so gaia released a limited item last night (around 10pm central time) and no announcements, i think its just the lack of announcements now. It probably won't pop up till later

i don't think it will be every single day, it would just probably depend on if you're a daily user or not (announcement build up sucks). Anyway I think we should at least expect 4 NEW CS announcements a week (including monthly collectible) but excluding reminders of bundles, discounts and items leaving the CS
