Issue: There are two links to the exact same item. Why?

I've heard about this before. In the past Gaia would re-create items in order to have a re-release of the item. This is why some items have duplicate items with the same name/poses but different ID numbers. The system was changed at some point so Gaia no longer had to duplicate items to re-release them but the items that had already been duplicated remain so.
