I say a chance for the fish to have babies(Fry). That way if you get them SUPER(!!!) happy you get some free fish and they're babies of your beloved(but old and dying) fish. heart

zOMG is a feature thought with the purpose of being enjoyed for free. I can't say more because It will be considered as a leak, but trust me as a Beta Tester that zOMG! isn't Aquariums and it will bring you MORE enjoy than some cash fishes.

Don't worry. Qixter is probably the only developer whot answer the users and is recognize *with style* when He did a mistake.

I don't think that it will follow the same path. Aquarium born to fail like this, zOMG will born with epic success.

I do have this semi-long 'piece' on the life span of the Aquarium fish and how a small (ish) change could make a huge difference, changing a lot of the hate in to love or at least indifference towards the feature. I'm just a little too tired to type it out right now to do it.

So to sum it up, before any more times passes and people's fish expire because of the time limit - the life expectancy needs to be done away with seeing as making them gold or cash purchasable is clearly not an option now the feature has been released.

I'm personally not expecting the Admin or Devs to make the change, though it'd be great if they did.

On a separate note of things which would be good for Aquariums would be mini/chibi mythological creatures for your tank (assuming the death thing was done away with) something like a small mermaid, kelpie/water horse (whatever you wish to call it) etc. I think they'd be really popular if they were either gold or cash items.
