Cybering is now allowed in PMs??!?! WTF!!

I'm a little pissed off at this, as cybering (Engaging in sexual typing/pictures/noise between two people over online connections, also known as Cyber Sex)
was banned completely in the old ToS, it's now allowed in PMs?!?!
I was told by a mod a few months ago it is forbidden in PMs, and now this? (I was asking about something, not being reported)

It's not really alowed anywhere but it's more likely to happen in pms because no one else can see what is going on and report it.

I believe the old version of the TOS only explicitly said 'forums' because when it was written that's all there was. But it's never been allowed, nor will it be, because even if the TOS doesn't say 'don't cyber on gaia' the act of cybering goes well beyond the Pg13 guidelines for being sexually explicit.

I believe the old version of the TOS only explicitly said 'forums' because when it was written that's all there was. But it's never been allowed, nor will it be, because even if the TOS doesn't say 'don't cyber on gaia' the act of cybering goes well beyond the Pg13 guidelines for being sexually explicit.

The old ToS said anywhere, the NEW ToS says forums >.>

It was under the category that was addressing what is and what is allowed in Forums. The Terms of Service state that is it not allowed anywhere.
