Welcome! This is the hiring thread for the The Kawaii Factory. You may have seen us around in the Mini Shops forum. We sell extremely cute foods/drinks with faces on them in the factory. We've been getting many customers, and I, the owner of the factory may not be online on Gaia 24/7 to help serve the lovely customers! We need your help to serve The Kawaii Factory with great services. There are three positions that are available to the shop, which are: Waitress, Miscellaneous Worker, and Advertising Worker. If you are interested in being in one of those position and you know you are hard working, and can handle the position you want, please scroll down for more information. Please make sure you read everything, because you might be tested. If you do not get to get the position, please don't make a big deal about it. Maybe you'll get another chance! We appreciate everyone in advance for taking your time to read everything and that you took the time to actually try to be a worker in the factory. ♥

● You must be atleast 2 years active member of Gaiaonline.
● You must have atleast 1 year experience in the Mini Shops forum.
● You must have a very clean record, meaning you must not be in any black lists.
● You must be active on Gaiaonline.

Waitress Position
● Always send a private message when you are sending someone's order.
● Always make sure you read the customer's order carefully.
● When you are working on the customer's order, be sure to quote them and say "Order sent" or "Thank you", then go message them their order. You must quote them as fast as possible, so other waitresses will know that you're working on that order.
● Be polite to everyone in the thread, especially the customers. If not, they will most likely not to come back.. ever.
● When you message the customer's order, make sure the message says "Thank you for ordering! <3 Please come again~".
● If you are going on vacation or taking a long/short break, please PM p o k e c h u u.
● Make sure there aren't any missed orders.
● Try chatting with the customers and maybe even make friends with them.

Miscellaneous Position
● Please don't try to bump as much, unless you have to.
● Please try making conversations with other Gaians.
● The more you chat, the better.
● If you show p o k e c h u u or Happy Nutella that you're really active and trustworthy, you might become a waitress.

Advertising Position
● Please do chat/bump in shop.
● Try looking for active forums that have a 88x31 sized button.

The waitress position have many responsibilites to do. You have to send orders to the customers and chat in the thread. You can bump, but I prefer you to chat instead. Yes, you get gold for working in the shop. Each week, you will be paid 500gg. Pay day is every Sunday.

The Miscellaneous Position is very simple. You just have to chat in the thread and maybe even bump, but chatting is preferred. If you show us that you are hard working and committed to your job, you will have a high chance to become a waitress. You do not get paid for this job.

The Advertising Position is pretty simple. You have to look for active forums that have a sized 88x31 button. Once you find one, please post in their thread asking to exchange links with The Kawaii Factory. Please post their shop's button(s) to The Kawaii Factory, so p o k e c h u u could add their button to the Links Out section. You will be paid 400gg every week. Sunday is pay day. I'm not sure if this made sense, but if it doesn't please post it in this thread and I'll try to answer you question.
