I'd say you are hired as long as you can post about 15 or more posts a day,if the renter requests you to post more in one forum than others,you can do so,and i get 10% of what you earn.

If you agree to this I will send you the mule's info,and you can fill out your employee about me section thing.Just say your name and a little about yourself under the appropriate area.
