I do a larger amount of the work for this thread, as a few of my bumpers have dropped off. That's all I'll say on the matter.

Yeah it looks like you don't have the man power to pull this off, but its just wrong that you get 50g per bump and they get paid 12? If you really valued them and wanted more to work for you then you would make them feel like you wanted to keep them around. I was going to hire your bumpers but when I saw you so understaffed I was going to be a part time bumper. Any other person like me would take one glance at how much you make over how much the bumpers make and give a second thought to joining. Do they even get the tips?
I may have come off as rude, but I am sure if you take into consideration that you are in great need of help but offering less then half of why the buyer is paying you will understand why I was so brass in the first statement.
