We need some ideas to get some new people. This is the time to try and get our name out there. People are going to start getting busy soon so if we get some new emoployees, make some new friends and even if they have to quit for awhile, they almost always come back. So if you hear someone looking for a job, recommend us, talk about the bumping serivce every chance you get and stuff like that. I'm always stalking the GJC trying to get some new recruits so I've got that field covered. If you RP, talk about it OOC, if you play the games, chat it up in the room, every little bit helps.

Maybe we should raise the pay? because I saw some of the other bumping places have higher pay.. so they would think why would I join this bumping place instead of the other one?.. the other one pays higher.. so. . .

They might have higher pay but they also charge more so they get less business. I've tried raising prices before and it never works out well. We wind up with more employees than business which creates another prroblem. I really think 2g is the best price to stick with. Besides, we make extra gold from just posting. We probably make a lot more gold than most people do simply because we're posting more since we have so many orders.

I was looking at other threads.. I saw the pricing for employee's and people who orders..

like.. if you order 1-__ you get paid / owes you ___ much
and _____- _____ you get paid/ owes you ____ much..
you get what I`m saying?

Like.. maybe we could do.. 1-150 you get paid 2 gp
151-250 you get paid 2.5
251-350 you get paid 3

and the same for ordering too..
and if it's a decimal.. you round it up... or down.. IDK

Ohh.. we'll get the employee's to bump more.. and maybe more employee's too.. because both of the stores that I looked at that had that kind of pricing had a lot of employee's AND did a lot of orders too biggrin

I think I get what you mean, like you get paid by how much you bump. I think that does sound like a good plan. I think that would be easier, we'd still charge 2g a bump and we can just use the tip money for the pay. I'm thinking 1g for 0-100, 2g for 101-200 and 2.5g [round up] for 201-400 and for 400+ 3g a bump. How does that sound? I would like everyone's opinion.

I think that sounds good. Because we would still have the lower prices and draw people in and then people would want to bump more to make more gold and we could get the jobs done at a good pace as well. ^_^

The more I think about it the more I like it. You work harder, you get paid more, kindda like over time. It sounds like a good plan. i think this is the payd we'll go by:

0-100 bumps-1g
101-200-2g
200-400-2.5g [decimals round up]
400+- 3g

I hope you know with this change you'll have to remind me on pay day. Just put something in the header like : Bumps:_____ [__g each].

Ohh.. Broken.. I think that the 1g should be 1-150 because like.. isn't 150 the min. anyways?.. so.. why should they get paid more if that's how much they are SUPPOSE to do every week?.. lol..
