Offical Orders For The Week

Thanks again to everyone who has been working so hard and to those who haven't, things are goign ot need to chagne around here. We've been doing pretty good business, but I feel like we could be doing so much better if everyone pitched in, instead of just 3 or 4 people. I understand that people have lives and that life happens. But I also know that if you don't want to be here, give me your resignation now and get your butts out of my shop.

Anyway, now to offical business. First, I'd like to welcome rawrspandax to the shop! I hope you'll enjoy working here. Secondly, we need to figure out a more effecent way of making sure all jobs get worked on. I'm thinking about putting up a list in the employee section with all the job numbers on it, then, each time its worked on I'll place a mark beside it. This way we'll be able to see what jobs have been worked on and which ones need a bit of attention.

Job #4 and #6 should probably be our focus for the next few days if we can knock those out this week that would be great. Also, we've had Jobs #1 and #2 for awhile so those need to be finished as well. Finally, we still have a month for Job #3, but its such a large order that it should be chipped away at a bit.

Finally, I feel like the shop's gotten a bit out of control with just me running it. So, I'm going to hire a shop manager. If you would like to apply, I'll be placing the application on the front page tomorrow. I'll be accepting applications from December 14, to December 19. I will then review the applicants and annoce out new shop manager on the 21st. The shop manager will be responsible for running the shop if I'm not avilable, taking care of advertisement, as well as sending out notifications for me. They will be able to hire and fire employees, with approval from me, accept jobs, dock pay if nessicary, and they will assist me with miscellanious tasks.

Trying not to be picky, but I was reviewing the time of posts for one of your bumpers, and most of the bumps are spaced by only a minute (which is the default amount of space between posts).

But for my thread, the idea of the bumps being spaced apart by at least two minutes or so, is so that when the thread "dies" or moves from the first page, it will be revived.

Bumping every minute does not fit my request.

So sorry to point it out, though. I feel a little iffy for saying. D:
