I've recieved the trade for job #3 so we can work on that one now. Also, I'm thinking about making a new requirement for workers. Under this new plan, employees would be required to complete 150 bumps per week. {roughly 25 bumps a day} If they fell short then they would recieve a strike. However, this strike could be redeemded if they completed more than 200 bumps in a week. Those who complete more than 200 bumps in a week will have a strike subtracted, or if they have no strikes the would recieve a heart Once they fill up all three places with heart they'd recieve a bonus {either gold or an items}. I think this will help me weed out people who aren't really serious but it will also help me give out rewards more fairly.

Payday payday! Good work this week everyone, especially you hawaiiancat. Also, the month conpetition has ended, with yours truely as the winner. As the winner, my prize is not having to buy the winner prize lol. Anyway, the competition has been reset for December. Also, I've decided that begining this week, the new policy will be implemented. Under this new rule there are new requirements to keep your job as well as new rewards. Here it is layed out:

~New Rules~
~You must complete 150 bumps per week~

~If you do not completed 150 bumps you will recieve a strike or have a heart subtracted~

~If you complete 200+ bumps you will have a strike subtracted~

~If you do not have any strikes you will recieve a heart ~

~If you get three heart s in a row, you will recieve a bonus {either gold or an item} ~
