"Hmm...? What is this?" He spoke softly, picking up a black note book. "The Death Note... It is in English... What a joke..." He mumbled, setting down the note book. He sat down at a nearby bench and began to read a book, though he felt as if something was calling him to the book. He male stood up from the bench and walked over to the black not book, looking around before picking it up. He went home that night, going straight to his room. "Raito... Food is ready." His mother called out. The boys name was Raito Yagami, top in all his classes. After going down to eat and coming back up, a monster stood at the doorway, Raito did not scream but there was obviously fear in his eyes. "Raito~ You are the owner of my death note now... Let me explain you something..." After a long explanation from the Shinigami, Raito understood quite well. "With this, Ryuuk, I will be god... I will save the word from all that are evil." He killed... He killed like nobody ever before. Before the week was over, someone opposed the god they called "Kira". He showed himself on the television, talking about his thoughts on the Kira Case. "I, Lind L. Taylor, will find you Kira... For what you are doing... Is EVIL!" Then... He was dead... The body got removed from the television set and a big, English, L appeared on the screen. "This was an experiment to test a hunch I had. But I never really thought... Kira... You can actually kill people without direct contact... So... My hunch was correct... I couldn't believe it until I saw it with my own eyes, but you can... You'd have to, of course. It didn't make sense otherwise...Listen to me, Kira... If you just killed Lind L. Taylor, the man you saw on your tv, he was a condemned criminal scheduled to die today, at this hour. His arrest and conviction were kept secret from the media, and went unreported even on the internet. Even you has no way of knowing about him, it seems...But I, L. Do IN FACT exist. So, come on! Kill me if you can!! WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? I'm still here, can't do it, Kira? Evidently, you aren't able to kill me. So there are people you can't kill. That's a valuable clue. Raito shook in fear, but finally... Kira vs. L was over...
Time passed, the bell rang, all students in their classes. "We have new students attending To-oh. Hideki Ryuga... He was tied top score on the exams along with Raito Yagami. Please give them a hand." The teacher spoke, walking to the males standing at the front of the other, handing him a few things. Raito acted like a friend to the other then... "Yagami-kun... I am L..." The brunette was in shock but shook the feeling off, not allowing him to see his other side.
Once again... Time passed... L asked Raito to join the investigation... A second Kira showed up... Soon, Kira and the second Kira teamed up... "I think Yagami-kun as a friend... But also as Kira..." L would tell his frustrated father. One day, Raito brought his so called... Girlfriend with him to Tokyo University. L was suspicious but lived with it... Until... -SNAP-. Handcuffs went on Raito and into a cell he went... Misa too. I guess you could say it all turned out well... But Raito began to deny he was Kira... Misa calling them all stalkers... What was happening?
