Hello my beautiful bubbles! Welcome to my search thread!

My name is Soap and like most of you, I'm looking for a few 1x1's!

I am 30+ and have been roleplaying for many years now. I love to write and I love to write a lot! However, I'll always go with the vibe of the roleplay! I'm not gonna pad something out, just for the sake of length. Quality over Quantity I say! I can post 1-3 times a week! Sometimes more, sometimes less. If I have s**t going on, I'll let you know!

I enjoy a variety of themes that range from sweet nothings to deep, dark angst. I like writing tender hugs, but also, brutal violence. It varies. As do my tastes in settings. I love modern settings, and I love medieval! The only setting I think of right now that I do not particularly enjoy (though I'm sure there are others), would be Country Western themed. Not to say your character can't be a cowboy, though!

I like to write a lot of characters! I will double and triple and more! I will write as many characters as needed to move the roleplay in a forward direction! This includes multiple mains and NPCs! It's not a requirement that you do the same. I also like using face claims (doesn't matter what kind) and writing profiles! I'm a very visual person, so having a picture as reference (and a profile!) really helps! You are not required to use them too.

What is a requirement though, would be that emotion thing. There needs to be feelings, emotions, NEEDS going either one way or both ways between our characters. Please miss me with the platonic stuff.

gaia_star With This Rose Being done! gaia_star You are a Prince of a relatively small Kingdom, but goddamn are you proud of it! You are the youngest and third born son of the King and you are living your best life.

One day a messenger from a neighbouring Kingdom arrives with a message for the King and with this message, your whole world is turned upside down. This much larger Kingdom has decided they want to fight the nation on the other side of yours. This means, your Kingdom is, as the message put it “In the way” and therefore, they are going to ask that your father surrender now, or they will curb stomp your Kingdom. Your father says they've given him a generous month to decide the terms of surrender.

A week later, your father says he has an important duty for you. He says that another Kingdom to the North has agreed to fight for them. You know the Kingdom your father speaks of – it is rich from the mines in their mountains and their army is incredible. Your father says they have a condition on their aide. One of his sons, must marry their second born. You understand your duty and off you go!

You arrive in this northern, mountainous Kingdom, and meet your betrothed; apparently, the second born of this Kingdom, is also a Prince. Huh.

gaia_star Holier Than Thou Being done! gaia_star - Paladins, holy Knights blessed by the powers that be. They consider it their sacred duty to rid this world of evil and vanquish the darkness. Completely insane of course, who else would see a Thrall from the gates of Hell and run towards it? Loved by the masses, trusted by the crown and a source of great irritation to Dark Knights everywhere - especially you.

You're not sure how it happened, but you, Sir Dark Knight, love a Paladin. They are your Husband/Lover/Friend/Sworn Enemy and by her Dark Majesty, you would enter the Holy City just for a chance to see them. Your friends think you've lost your mind, and they're right of course.

gaia_star In For a Penny; In For a Pound gaia_star You were your King's best friend and a decorated Captain in his army. You fought, bled and killed for the very ground this man walked on. Your loyalty pledged to him for as long as you were alive. Then he betrayed you, had you beaten, branded and banished from the Kingdom, under pain of death should you return.

To say you're down on your luck, would be something of an understatement.

At the bottom of the barrel, drunk in a tavern whose sign has fallen off, in a village where the ale tastes like piss, and the most beautiful people look like that thing that shot out of your nose when you sneezed. Off the main road, it is a place where losers go to die and you sir, are a loser.

When you over hear a conversation that somehow gets through your drunk brain and sticks there. In the forest, there's some crazy man looking for a bodyguard. Supposedly he is a Wizard. With nothing left to do but lie down and die, you stagger to the woods.

Your wife has cheated and is now divorcing you, your siblings think you're a loser, your best friend has a new girlfriend and no longer has time for you, you were denied a promotion at work and rumour has it, you might be getting fired.

The only thing you have right now, is your hair and you're keeping your fingers crossed that that doesn't leave you too.

You finally decide you need a night out! A wild time! A good distraction from how awful your life currently is! You google the nearest club only to find out it's a Gay club once you get there. Well, whatever you're there now. Time to become an a** man. And oh, what a piece of a** that is.

Trouble is, that wonderful little butt is working at the new coffee shop near your work and you sir, have just discovered your caffeine addiction.

gaia_star Got them Small town BluesBeing done! gaia_star You live in a small town about an hour outside of the big city. You are a teacher at the local high school (or we can make it a college). You are grumpy and gay and all alone in this town but there's something that's keeping you here.
At the end of last year, the old (and decrepit) Mr. Aalders, finally retired from teaching History, and there'll be a new teacher come the new year.

Near the end of summer, you see a moving truck drive through your small town and curious, you take a look around to see if you can find where it's gone. You find it, the old Keating place was finally sold and someone new has moved in. Not wanting to look like a creep, you don't hang around, but you speculate about who moved in with the boys at the bar that night!

The new school year is fast approaching and all the staff and faculty are heading to the school to start getting classrooms ready and to have a meet and greet. Most of them are familiar faces. Then there's the new History teacher and he is decidedly not old (and decrepit) and if you're being completely honest with yourself, the best looking man you've seen in person since you left College.

Time to make a move.

And there's this one guy that makes your little heart go WHEEEE! BA-DUM! BA-DUM! BLAM BLAM! YEAH BABY! Only trouble is, you're pretty sure ever since the incident with the soda pop, he thinks you're the biggest ween to ever cross his path.

You want to get back at all the people that have wronged you. You want to make them hurt. However, you still have to pay rent and tuition and you can't do that from jail. You also can't see your roommate - whom you are in love with - from in jail either.

You want to impress him, so you're trying to up the ante with your crimes. Trouble is, there's been an annoying Hero getting in your way and it's really pissing you off! Every time you see him in the media, you're irritated, you're angry. He's keeping you from really showing off! He's keeping your roommate from loving you. You wouldn't even be surprised if this Hero was one of your boyhood bullies!

Wouldn't that be something, if this Hero, turned out to be your roommate?

There's just one problem; your arch nemesis, the stupid Hero, has been busy somewhere else, battling someone else and you're left with some new guy to face off against. Great. At least he's cute.
