gaia_star Art commissioned is for DISPLAY use ONLY! You may not use my work for any kind of commercial use; ex. Prints, stickers, on Twitch or Youtube Banners, etc. If you want art for those purposes you will need to pay for the commercial rights of the art. Social Media Avatars are fine as long as the image is not being represented as a brand logo.
gaia_star Removal of my signature/watermark only happens when you pay for the full rights to the piece.

gaia_star All Sales Are Final! (Unless I messed up your request, I won't re-draw it and you won't get a refund.) Charging back the payment will result in black listing and disputes; Please do not do it, commissions are how I get by and pay my bills.
gaia_star Make sure to save your art as soon as possible; I do not host them forever.
gaia_star I draw what I see, please make sure to have clear and clean references if you want accuracy for your character!
gaia_star Each piece can take up to two business weeks (weekends are for family and resting) depending on workload and complexity; If you want an update on your commission please feel free to ask!
gaia_star Once your order is accepted please send a PM with your email (for a DM on Discord: Bearitt#8344) for the PayPal Invoice. (A PayPal account is not required to pay the invoices) I will then send out the invoice out for your order. As long as your order is not a "Sale" piece you can get a sketch approval before payment is required. Sale pieces do not get a sketch approval and get received as is with little to no edits. If you have any questions about this please feel free to ask.
gaia_star Sketch approvals may have up to two revisions before additional payment is required. One simple revision can be made after a commission is finished; large adjustments will require additional payment.
gaia_star You may order a max of 3 pieces at a time; exception applies to Emotes.

I ask that you be understanding with my prices, or at the very least please be respectful. It's perfectly fine if you don't feel my work is worth it for you; but I value my time and skill and try to price my pieces around of $8/hr so they can still be affordable.

I enjoy doing freebies from time to time; as I enjoy drawing variety of characters more often than just the same thing over and over. So feel free to hang around the shop to see if I'm looking for some characters to use for examples for future art styles, Coloring Pages or YCHs.
