::RULES::

o. No stealing the artwork, to state the blatantly obvious.

o. No whining, crying, or begging. That's uh... pretty much annoying as hell.

o. Play nice! There's no need to be rude. I deal with rude people all day at work, yo.

o. No advertisement in my thread without asking me first. I don't appreciate that.

o. I reserve the right to refuse commissions as I see fit. I don't expect this to happen, but just so you are aware!

o. Please use the order form, it helps me keep track of things. You must use the form otherwise your commission will be ignored.

o. Trades must be sent immediately after your request has been approved unless I state otherwise. Please note that I will not work on your request until I receive your trade. Also, you will not receive the full-sized, un-watermarked image until the trade is completed. Cancel the trade, and I cancel the commission.

o. Please refrain from harassing me about the length of time it takes me to complete my work. Quality takes time and life likes to interfere at times. What's more, I will supply you with WIPs as a professional courtesy so that you can see how far along I am with your piece.

o. If you DO cancel your trade while I'm working on your artwork and then you inform me that, "Oh, I changed my mind!" You'll be BANNED from my shop. This is incredibly rude and wastes my time. If you change your mind LET ME KNOW. I cannot read YOUR mind and know this.

o. If I do not receive your trade within 24 hours of your order being accepted, your request will be canceled.

o. These rules are subject to change as I see fit!

::F.A.Q.::

o. So uh... hey, why are your traditional/real media prices way more than your digital prices?

Weeeell. This would be because digital media doesn't exactly run out of pixels. I do in fact run out of color pencils, watercolor, and paper, etc. That stuff has to be replaced. It costs more because, well, you're making it worth my time to draw pictures using perfectly good media that costs money for fake pixel gold.

o. Hey! You finished _____'s piece of artwork before mine and I ordered first!

Sorry sweetness, but slots are the only thing that is truly first come, first serve. And just because you happened to be first in line doesn't mean I hand over your picture first. It's not because I don't like you or don't value your time and money/gold as much as someone else, but chances are their piece, for one reason or another, was much easier to finish. SO. It got finished before yours. But don't worry! I always make good on my commissions. Just allow me a little time.

o. Do you have a "I will/will not do this, etc" list?

Not really! The only thing I won't draw is porn because I'm not skilled enough in figure drawing to do it properly AND it's against Gaia's TOS.

HOW TO REQUEST A COMMISSION:

1. Make sure a slot is available for whatever it is you're looking to commission by looking below.
   
2. Use the form provided and post it within the thread! I will then either approve or reject your request.
   
3. Send your trade IMMEDIATELY after your request has been approved.
   
4. Wait for me to finish your work or otherwise supply you with a WIP. These are usually given out for works that require more time. You can also check this post for status on your work. It will be listed between brackets [like this]. Note: Chibis will not have WIPs.
   
5. Complete your trade after having viewed and approved the watermarked version of your image.
   
6. Be happy because you're now the proud owner of some AWESOME Reyna-artwork! ^__~

Experiments/Specials
I WANT LETTERS. Specifically this month's (October). Give me ONE and I'll give you TWO things ~ a CG portrait and a CG tiny chibi. Samples are linked below. A note on the chibis though: Those were made initially in 2005. Fast forward three years and my art has vastly improved, so while it will be in that style and sticker-sized-cute, the quality will be higher. The color resolution will also be better because I no longer have a ten year old monitor that displays colors muted or black when it should be gray.

::NOTES::

o. When I say "traditional media" I mean a combination of markers, color pencil, watercolor, and ink. These are the mediums I favor. Which combination or which medium alone would best suit your request will be discussed with you. Traditional media works are more expensive due to the time involved and the fact that I'm using up materials that cost real money for a fake currency.

o. By "limited background" I mean a splash of color, maybe some designs, nothing really complicated. I am not the greatest at background work just yet. I am still learning.

o. Prices for extra characters, backgrounds, and for anything "extra" may be waived or reduced. It all depends upon the complexity of your request.

o. Prices listed are base starting prices. If you ask for something outrageous, I will charge you more. If you ask for something simplistic, I may reduce the charge as a whole. I also reserve the right to refuse your request entirely.

:: DISCOUNTS ::

o. Shadow Fiend guardians can use up to 10k worth of points accumulated from journals for purchases if the requested artwork relates to their Shadow or guardian.
o. Anyone who is a guardian within the following shops that I am involved in get a 20% discount off the total of their commission: Shadow Fiends, Forgotten Documents, Legends, Heralds, and Edelsteine.

Yes! Reyna has a small hoarde of characters who would very much appreciate being drawn. And just as soon as I have a little more time, I will post up my character descriptions so that perhaps, maybemaybe, trades can be done!

Trade Guidelines

o. Trades need to be more or less even. Meaning! If you draw me a chibi, well.. I'm going to be drawing you a chibi, not a full-size character with a sprawling background, etc, etc. That's uh.. not really fair. XD

o. I reserve the right to tell you no! And uhm, please refrain from whining or carrying on and so on and so forth. That's as nice as.. well.. it's not nice! And isn't appreciated. Take pride in your work -- chances are I'm having to say no because I'm busy.

o. The characters posted in this post are the ones I'd prefer artwork of, but if you happen to know of another character of mine that you're just dying to draw, COOL. ^__~

o. I like to think this goes without saying but don't draw me something without asking and then just ASSUME that I'm going to draw you something in return. You HAVE TO let me KNOW and I have to agree to do the trade, otherwise you've just wasted a lot of time..... unless you just want to give me a present. Ya know. For free. X3
