The Oh-Three-Oh Project is about revival. A long time ago, the fae used to rule the worlds in power and glory, disguised as gods and demons, muses and spirits of the other realm. But something happened, tragedy struck the Seelie (light) and Unseelie (dark) courts. It wasn’t only about the low birth rates. Their population dwindled to catastrophic numbers, but what affected them also was a disease that had no root and no cause.

A crippling disease.

The fae were rumored to have died out, to have been stripped of their powers and turned into tiny faeries, invisible to the naked eye and while immortal, caught in a trap of flesh that offered neither escape nor salvation.

Until now.

Shy is a genetic scientist who, through a magic of science and magic has discovered a way to resurrect the old fae. Involving jars and ‘gifts’, he plans to bring back the fae to their full power, by any means necessary.

The jar’s act as an incubation pod, the gift has homing signals to certain fae, and once within the jar, the faerie are reborn once more as children.

Children, with no memories of their past and no inkling of their future.

Shy seeks guardians for these jars, for the future children until they have rediscovered their old name and have come upon a new power.

That, is the Oh-Three-Oh Project.

And it’s looking for roleplay managers!

Duties
- Maintain and manage the discussions and behavior of people in the thread. So act like sheriffs, keep the abuse down and trolling at a minimum, answer questions and help the less unfortunate.
- Assume responsibility over some of the fae. In detail, this refers to medical evaluations and lab techs that the guardian can come to with questions. I’ll be writing the evaluation, however- they just need to deal with the delivery.
- Assume role in the metaplot, and other important IC events. The roleplay manager will be given a handful of NPC’s, some that are merely there for necessity, and others that play a somewhat important role. They’ll be expected to assist the owner in seeing the event through.
- During flat sales, concept contests, adoption contests etc, role play managers will be expected to keep people in line, answer questions deal with some of the extra stress. They will be called upon to judge as well- but this will be made entirely optional.

Expectations
- Please only respond if you are sure you can be on frequently. While you don’t need to be around every day, I will expect to see you drop by for a minute or so every two days. This is to make sure that people don’t use this opportunity to make more gold and whisk off.
- Please realize that this is a very big responsibility- but don’t abuse it. You will have the authority to grey list people and give severe warnings, and through roleplays and medical evaluations, steer fae on to different paths. Don’t abuse this priviledge.
- Likewise, if you don’t understand what the 030 is about and still want to apply, come on in! It’s a friendly, small community and roleplay is not required.
- Saying that you do not need a fae if you wish to assume this position. If you don’t want one and believe the existing responsibilities is enough, well. Good for you! I’m all for it.

Payment
- 10% of all fees that come into the 030 through auctions, customs, and in the future, trinket shops will be forwarded to you.
- For each role play involving the lab techs and the fae, 500-1k will be given, depending on how indepth and complex the roleplay gets.
- For each medical evaluation, 1-2.5k will be given, depending on how in depth and complex the role play gets.
- For each involvement in metaplot and other events, 2-5k will be given, depending on how in depth and complex the involvement is.
- If you don’t have one already, you will be allowed to create a new fae. If you have one, the next one you create, you’ll have 50% off the set price.
- You’ll be given a lab tech and access to the 030 mule, for future use.

However
- You do not have the authority to black list people, take fae away from users and give away free fae. This is because there will only be 30 original fae- the rest will be extremely special, or children. So I don’t want to lose all the spare jars. Thank you.

3-5. I'm searching for an uneven number because personally, I prefer it when voting can be solved without ties. There will be judging done by the moderators, and if they decide four is a better number, four it will be. ^^

Why have you applied for the position? I want to help out and I would like to think I can roleplay well enough to handle it. Also I am quite adapt at multi-tasking and playing multiple characters.
