Colorists

Responsible for coloring all stages of growing, or single stages of non growing pets.
Must be able to keep track of own growings and notify the certist of starting stage cert to update growth.
Must be able to have all stages colored pre releasing pet (includes customs)
Must be able to handle breeding concepts of A x B = Ab Ba (I like to call this mashing colors together) But mainly we are looking for creativity of combining parents markings. This is a MUST
Thread activity is a must as well, being antisocial is no fun!

We desire full time and part time colorists at this time and have no set number on how many we are hiring.

Pay:

>> Free Staff Mining Pass
>> 1 freebie pet a month for a friend (must color self)
>> NPC dragon (after probation period) Sketch Version
>>100% Flat sales
>>*% Breeding (Mining pass money is split amongst the colorists that sign up for breeding that month based on how many requests you pick up)
>>90% Auctions (10% goes to shop account to pay certists, managers, ect)
>>95% Customs (50% of Locked Mutation Prices, please see customs post in guild, rest goes to shop account.) Customs info here!!
>> 5,000g for any prize dragon

Certists

Responsible for certing pets, updating growths when requested. Updating owners list with links.
Thread activity is a must! We love to see your prudy face.

Pay:

>> Free Staff Mining pass
>> Free edited custom (from Katsumi) after probation
>> 1,000g per cert action (Growing would be 3,000g)

Roleplay Manager

Responsible for creating events based off of the story line, and building sub story lines and meta events.
The person hired for this position must have a strong roleplay background, or abilities, and be willing to work very closely with Overfiend Katsumi to craft the above mentioned events.

Can host roleplay sessions and give out prizes at random during these sessions. Motivated person with great ideas please apply!

Pay:

>> Free Staff Mining Pass
>> NPC Dragon (After probation period) Sketched Version
>> 10,000g per Roleplay event
>> 1,000g per mini events
>> 5 Prize pet passes (colorists will sign up for these)
