The time has come, now that we are in the full swing of things, we need more people working for the shop! Perks and payments will be listed in their respective listings, this hiring thread will stay open until all spots are filled, applicants will be reviewed on a weekly/daily basis by current existing staff.

Hiring Colorists! (Spots 3+)

Payment Details

Flatsales: 100%*
Customs: 100%*
Auctions: 100%*
Raffles: A percentage of tickets per pet added will be calculated
Games: Games are usually free, so there will be no payment for pets "donated" for games
* - Colorists are required to pay the certist a flat fee if they do not cert their own pets, this will come out of the pool of gold earned for pets sold.
After one month employment colorist is eligible for unique lined dragon.

Whats Required?

Based on your availablity, 3-5 pets per month (growing)are required.
You are allowed to open a maximum of 3 custom slots per month. Custom prices can be found in guild. Some custom packages come with unique lines, if this is ordered in your custom slots we will discuss payment.
Ability to edit is not required at this time.

What am I looking for in a Colorist?

The ability to create unique looking dragons with patterns and markings that compliment the colors chosen by the colorist or person ordering.
I do not like heavy usage of brushes.
Editng is not required but is a bonus
Good mixing of colors/patterns during breedings.

How to Enter

Color at least one of the following:

Earth Adult Female
Air Ado Female
Aqua Adult Male

When posting them please resize them 25-50%

You are allowed to do edits on these templates to show your skills if you so are able.

Hiring Certists!

Certist is required to cert all pets that colorists do not cert
Payment received is 1,000g per cert to come out of colorist payment
Certist is required to manage cert growings, updating mistakes, and notifying user of growths, and new certs.
Certist is after one month of unfaltering employment allowed a unique lined dragon for themselves.

Why would you like this position? Love the concept, art and people of the shop. I am currently more of a lurker of sorts, but have been around for quite sometime.
Experience(if any): I do all of the certing in WotG.

RP Manager and Event Manager (1+)

Events Manager

Event manager will be in charge of planning events, and coming up with event ideas. Event manager will hold sign ups in guild staff area for flatsales, auctions. raffles, and any other events that the manager decides will be exciting to bring into the shop. Events must be limited to one major event per month, and random games throughout the rest of the time to keep interest peaked.
Payment is 10,000 per main event, 1,000 per non dice game
After one month employement events manager is eligiable for a unique lined dragon


Roleplay Manager

This shop will be a roleplay battle intensive shop, players are required to abide by the battle manual set up in the guild. Roleplay managers are required to know the in's and out's of the battle manual so that they may go back through duels, battles, and assist in meta battles/thread battles.
Roleplay manager is required to initiate "spur of the moment" monster battles in set up roleplay areas or thread a certain undetermined amount of times a month. Colored prizes/pets will be provided by colorists.

Battle Systems Manual (Beta)

Payment for Roleplay manager is 10,000g per meta event, 5,000g for all other events.
After one month of employement roleplay manager is eligiable for a unique lined dragon
