Welcome fellow trainer.

As you can see, this is the Pokemon forum. A place where people with the same interests can hang out. It is also a place with a lot of spam going on. Spam is highly prohibited by the TOS and is only allowed in the Chatterbox.

Firstly, let me tell you what this thread is about. It's about all the little questions you would have about Pokemon. From EV's to battle types, to favorite trainers and Pokemon, you could ask it all here, and I will answer to the best of ability, along with others you wish to answer you back.

I also ask, if you are a regular of this forum, to send the OP of the so-called spam threads the link to this thread. So that they can ask their question here, without clogging up the Forum Pulse. Thank you.

I'm trying to decide if I should dump my Frillish's EVs into Special Attack, or Special Defense. I'm already going with 252 HP, but which do you think would be more worthwhile to put the rest of them into?

You put honey on trees and wait six hours. There should be a pokemon then stuck to it. http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Honey

If you want it on a certain pokemon you have to use TM 2 in a gen 2 game. Bibarrel learns it through leveling up, though.

And I don't think you can find headbutt in a TM. You'll just have to breed it for egg moves or find a Pokemon that can learn it.

I think it should go to SP.Attack.
Considering Frillish already has a pretty sturdy Sp.Defense already.
