This has been an issue that has bothered me ever since I came to the Gaia forum.
There are subforums for costuming, traditional art, performing arts, music, writing.
But nothing for photographers.
Every once in a while, I will see a photography thread, but they're few and far between. I know that there are a lot of photographers out there on Gaia, and I know there are a lot more people who would like to look at photographs.
I know that you could just have a photography-related thread in the Art Discussion, or you could post a photo thread in the Picture Post forum, but the same could be said of any of the other categories of art that have their own specific forum.
I can see no reason for there to not be a Photography subforum in the Art Discussion section. I'm asking the Gaia community to sign my petition, to show the staff of Gaia that it wouldn't be a pointless endeavor.
...or the Gaia staff could just put in that subforum. I know it's been asked for before.
