I'm suggesting we have
an 'Organizer' button that cycles
through categories or layers them
and
a 'Manual Save' button!!
Dont shoot it down without a legit reason why it would do more harm than good!

- Layer organization . . . .(combo the organizing)
- Layer Clothing. . . . . . . (which can fit under or over which)
- Last equipped . . . . . . .(personal one for me so i can figure out what i dont wear anymore)
- Store . . . . . . . . . . . .(store themes)
- Style/Brand . . . . . . . . (so we can just keep the gaia outfits together)
- Theme. . . . . . . . . . . . (halloween, xmas, etc.)
- Type. . . . . . . . . . . . . .(by clothing and or by item)
- Tag items . . . . . . . . . (then create a catagory for those tagged items)
- Value(MP value too! . . (if it is not too much to ask that is... >> )

FYI;
I have well over 2000 items and it takes me over an hour for me to filter through all my crap maybe even longer, and my arranger does not work. So i just wasted an hour arranging my stuff for NOTHING. so with a fail safe arranging button, i would save hours of work as would others.
Comments on how and why to improve!
I arrange mine by category. If this was an option for your button.... I would LOVE it. My arranger seems to be working fine now; however, I do miss the old arranger from years back. It seemed to be faster and more efficient and I'm not a fan of the autosave.
I sign, but my difficulty is that I sort my inventory with event items together, EIs together, MCs together, etc and then my favourite outfits together.
It would be most excellent also (though I don't know how hard it would be to add) if we could mark our items with 'tags'. Then, you could create your own personal categories, and organize them by tags smile
what would be nice is if by type (like if you have multiple colors of one item, put them next to eachother as well as grouping the shoes with shoes ect) and by color in the edit avi page. Or to have a drop down chart or maybe even have a page to drag and drop things to where you want them so it fully customized.

This does exist, however it will not save it that way. Too bad eh?

I organize by color, then by type within that, then by value within that.

if I could layer the filters... click one button to separate things by the different categories of items, click another that would separate things by color without mixing the categories... yea, organization would go a lot easier.

I would love something where you have the option to organize automatically by color and shade, date released, date obtained, type or price. I like mine by color, and it's driving me crazy that the arranger is randomly placing my stuff all over the damn inventory.

the layout of the equip section irks me, but what really pisses me off is the complete lack of item organization in the inventory organizer.

I sat for... oh two hours deciding how I wanted to organize my inventory and finally doing it by alphabetizing... I really like the idea of a button doing it for me so people don't have to come up behind me and keep asking, "What are you doing?!"
