Signed. The plots *I've* been around for are nice, and I haven't been around very long.

However, about the first post where it mentioned getting a sponsor - in particular, Maple - I disagree. MMORPGS (ESPECIALLY Maple) do not belong on Gaia. Gaia, even with Battle, is much more diverse and just plain more awesome than any MMORPG. Plus, advertising Maple on Gaia would be like interrupting Shakespeare to tell you about Jerry Springer.

Regardless I know I'm in for the events/plots.

I agree with this petition all the way!
One of the reasons I keep coming to gaia is for the plots and events I use to watch my sister do over her sholder. I would say with out the plot gaia is just another myspace with out anything to it's name.

Because the plots and events are the heart of Gaia. That's the reason most people come here, I know I do. After all, if someone did not have a Valentine on Valentine's Day, he/she simply came here to feel loved. Or if Christmas was sucky, he/she could come here for a gift exchange!

And the plots are fantastic. It gives us something to look forward to here on Gaia. People stay on, wondering what will happen next. If the plots are gone, we won't have something to look forward to, so we will grow bored and evetually quit Gaia.
