...i have a question though. i'm honestly not sure about these images in reguards to the ToS. while yes, someone else took this images they still have hello kitty in them and permission has to be granted by the creator...

i'm rather confused about this. @__@ is there any hello kitty fanart on DA that can be used instead? at least then definite permission can be granted. i'm sorry but i just don't want to take any chances... ^^;
