FAQ

Q: What programs do you use?
A: I use ps7 && fallen uses psCS3

Q: This isnt how i want my order! May i change it?
A: If its small details that need to be changed such as color of the font etc, well be glad to fix it up for free, otherwise you would have to pay again for the order.

Q: How long will it take for you to finish the order?
A: Well that depends if its hard or not, and if we are on the computer. Remember we do have lives. But usually no more than a week unless stated otherwise.

Q: Somebody is stealing your work!
A: PM one of us QUICK!

Q: Can I order more than one thing?
A: Of course you may! Just try to keep it all in one post .

Q: I want something but its not here.
A: Just tell us! Just because its not here dosnt mean we dont make it. But of course we dont know everything, so if by any chance we cant make it ; were sorry!

Q: May I buy something for a freind?
A: If you want to give it to a freind, just state it when you are ordering^^ and we will even wrap it up to make it look like a giftbox and send it to him/her that way ;D But of course, you may not share anything with your freind(s). I would prefer if they stop by to get one themself :3

Q: I have a question/suggestion!
A: No problem! Just post a comment and we will deff. get to it ^^

Q: Your graphics are ugly and expensive!
A: Thats sorta not a question....but we take time and effort into making these so what we are asking back isnt that big of a deal, and if you dont like it then dont come in here.

Q: How do i order?
A:
1. Fill out the form(s) and then post it in the thread.
2. Then IMMEDIATELY send a trade to whichever of us with the RIGHT amount of gold && page #. OTHERWISE IT WILL BE COUNTED AS A DONATION!
3. I will then accept the trade.
4. After I accept the trade, you accept the final trade.
5. Ill finish the order and PM it to you.
6. Then ill accept the trade.
And everybodys happy :]
