I can do either one for you, but a banner would be one single graphic made you can add to the top of whatever post you want, or do you want a whole thread with different titles and headers for each section? Maybe even coding.
Depending on what you want, can chance the time-line I can give you. Or does it not matter to you, which one I make? Just when I get time and see what I can come up with?
