Hello! I used I believe it was Photoshop CS3 for that one. It was really simple. I used Pen Tool and line tool, and rectangle box tool. For the faded/sprinkle dust look, I used the basic circle brush @ 100% hardness, set the scatter to max & played around with the brush's settings. Then I dashed lightly over the finished product.

The tricky part is the Pen Tool for the curls and what-not. You'll have to be familiar with it. If not, you can also get the same results in Illustrator too. I think it'll be easier in Illustrator though. 3nodding
