#3 Please allow at least three days from the time the trade is accepted to make your order. (Unless otherwise notified.)
#4 If you don’t like the way it came out don’t post ugly things here. Send one of the owners a PM and we will work things out.
#5 This thread is first come first served. If you order something simple and the person before you ordered something complicated they will still get theirs first. (Unless otherwise notified.)
#6 Being rude or indecent will result in your order being canceled and may result in banning.
#7 If you are having a problem with someone else on the thread please report them to Gaia and to one of the owners.
#8 If you receive something other then your order or if your order is incorrect PM one of the owners with all the details of the problem and we will do our best to fix it for you.
#9 Incorrect orders that need fixing and rush orders get top priority. If you want to know when your request will be finished check the current orders post to see where you are on the waiting list and approximately when it will be finished. Do not PM or post here asking when it will be finished.

I’m the original owner of this thread, though now there are two of us, and I’ve been making graphics since Myspace was cool. So yeah, a very long time.
I do photo editing and make custom graphics. I also made the theme for this thread.
I use PhotoFiltre as my main editor and use ImageReady to animate gifs.

I also have a full time job so I do what I can mainly on weekends and if I have time between work and sleep. I use Photoshop and ImageReady. I also know how to use FrontPage for webpages.

Advertisement discount: 10% off if you put our ad in your signature for at least a week.
Friends and family discount: 10% off if you are on the friends list of an owner or employee and regularly talk to them.
Repeat customer discount: 10% off to anyone who’s placed more than 6 orders in the last year.
Affiliate discount: 10% off if you or a thread you work for is our affiliate for more than 1 month.

arrow We accept your request and tell you what it will cost

arrow We finish the trade and start on your request
arrow We send you a watermarked copy for approval

Instructions
Copy and paste one of the forms below and post it as a reply in this thread.
We use the same form for all graphics/themes so just leave blank the sections
you don't need to fill out and use the last section
to add anything that wasn't listed specifically.
Please be very, very specific!
If you get your order back and you completely hate it we will redo it for no charge,
(as long as it doesn't need to be completely redone from scratch more than once),
and it will be considered a rush order, also at no charge.
If you just outright don't want it at all we will return all of your gold less a 20% deposit fee.
(Even if you hate it we still put a lot of work into it.)
Keep in mind when ordering that some things cost extra.
If you just want a quote to find out how much it would cost, we do that too.
Please send all payments to whoever is making your order directly.
And don't forget that if you want more then one person to o something for you you will have to fill out forms for both/all of them.
Only send payments through "Trade" and title it "Black Rose".
