Oh cool!
Now, I don't really like the blood censor you put over the girls eyes. Actually, I'm not all that sure I like the girl anyways (no offense). But I like the skull in the background! I barely saw it though.
If they are separate pictures, could you possibly get rid of the girl, flop it so that the skull is in the front on the bottom left and the the clock is on bottom and up and slightly to the right? (Just so that they're offsets) OH!!! And I don't know if I want the blood on top or in the middle or not, but maybe the title of the thread can be on the blood splatter. That'd be so cool!! xD
I also no longer need it to necessarily be a quest thread, seeing as that I've come into some money lol
