theme: Uhm, well let's see, I have nothing particular in mind, so artistic freedom is welcomed. Just nothing too girly, please. x]
colors & palettes: I think I'd be interested in light and dark blues and purples.
images: You can use these, however you don't have to use all of them. You can also put in any images you think would go well with the thread. The only one I would like for sure is the first one:

dimensions: Nothing in mind for dimensions. However I really like how some banners go across the top, and down the side, like they're one piece. Like located in your "begin at the beginning" thread. I also like the thought of a banner at the bottom too.
payment: Well you have 70k for a thread layout, and 30k+ for bribes. I'll offer 100k, up to you if you would consider it a bribe or not, but it's all I have.
deadline: No specific dates, just dont take like 3 months or anything. gonk

But, if you're going to request someone else make your thread layout, I suggest giving more than just a single image of a character. It's near impossible to make a thread layout with just that.
