for stickers is there a certain size they have to be to be on the board?

There is no size limit :3

However, I will typically shrink it as I see fit for it to be placed on the board.

I have had people do something like this board:

Where there's one large sticker with several images together.

Or, just a large sticker like this one:

But typically people just want a small sticker of something.
So that's what I assume unless noted otherwise :3

Shun, I don't think I'm going to be able to fit much else on your board xD
I'm trying different ways or rearranging it, and it's still looking pretty full.

Sig mapping is when one image, e.g. your cork board, links to many different urls.
For example, your filmstrip might link to your journal, the sticker of the violin might link to a band's webpage, the Clow card might link to an online manga, etc.
