Follow the ToS. Being rude gets you nowhere so be polite.
We need to understand you so speak with literacy. Try to
be as specific as you can, because its not fair when you
don't like your order because you were too vague. No
refunds or canceling orders. We love to see who actually
reads these rules so post miscellaneous in your form to
show you us that did.

one send a trade after your order has been accepted. two
we offer the trade back three you accept your side of the
trade four when the graphics are done a pm will be sent to
you with your order and the trade will be finalized.

We cannot use images you don't have permission to use.
Meaning if you wanted to use a picture you would need to
contact the original creator in order to use it, and provide
proof of permission. For more rules regarding image use
