Yes, I suppose she might not understand. Since usually people pass high school and go to college for a major in Science, Engineering, Art if they've been doing that in High School, or something. It isn't very usual to see someone going off to a school to learn the intricacies of making cakes I guess.
I'm sure you'll get it sorted out though. Perhaps you can do all the normal college stuff and take classes for baking while there... a mixture of things.
Yumeiro Patisserie? I haven't heard of it. But from the looks of it I'm sure it is. Perhaps I shall try to read a chapter; see if I find it interesting haha.
