What do you mean by "200x40 and a bigger one.[in pixels]?"
Two banners?
For the 200x40 one, you can just call it a userbar. It's cheaper. 300g instead of 1K. =P

A pt. 30 Font cannot fit in a 200x40 px banner. >____________>
