actually if you read the manga they have fought 3 times twice in shippuden. naruto scratched sasukes headband because just before naruto fainted (cause he knew he was losing the fight) he scratched it to prove something. besides when the fight was over and they were both laying on the ground unconcious who was the one who had the strength to get up?
