I decided to watch the first episode of Naruto Shippuden on Disney XD and then watch the version I had downloaded from iTunes. I was angry at all the cut scenes that are essential to the anime. The famous Naruto scene where Sasuke draws his sword out and puts it up to Naruto was replaced with a very stupid edit where Sasuke is speaking to Naruto in his ear. There's more I could go on about, but I want to know if i'm alone on this. confused

I would watch naruto shippuden still, just not on disney. I mean, WTF. DISNEY IS A DANG KID CHANNEL. NARUTO IS FOR TEENS, OR THEY COLOR THE BLOOD AS BLACK FOR 10 YEAR OLDS TO TAKE SOME GORE FROM IT. THE LOWEST RATING FOR NARUTO IS PG. NOT G, but PG. Disney, I bet, just took the contract since many people watch Naruto.

Thank god when you buy the Shippuden movie on DVD, it has cuss words, or at least some in the dub version. Naruto on Disney is just not funny, its boring.

Disney is amazing nothing they have ever done will ruin any show. Cartoon Network released the first shipp episode in English (All English shipp episodes on air to date have been censored/ cut do to American standards. To put this more simply Americans need to get off the tit and grow up be for any Network Agency will promote Uncensored Anime targeting 12+ viewers. Your topic was worthless dribble.

Also I agree with his Elfin Leid and other Real Anime for 17+ viewers are NOT for children Naruto is in the same class as Avatar The Last Airbender

Don't entirely blame Disney. The other American versions were also heavily edited before it even switched networks. Also, in my opinion, the Japanese version of Shippuden is pretty lame as well...
