I've had some problems with grams, too. My sis sent me some from that Feathermus one and they placed another senders name on the cert. xp

Also, Rage, didn't you send me a gram from Heaven's Strays? I still haven't gotten that, either. xp

I know, right? Some shops I've ordered from have been confirming my trade before sending anything out...it makes me worried in case they're like, trying to scam me. :/

Personally, I think they should be certing the 'grams, sending them out, *then* taking your gold. 'Cause as you said, they could easily forget.
