I love your koi! They're so pretty!! I'm going to be getting some rl koi next spring, for the pond in my backyard. So excited, lol. I don't remember if you already had it down for an idea, but you should so make koi with cat patterns! There could be tabby, siamese, tortoiseshell, tiger, etc. That'd rock. Are you going to do X-mas Themes or Autumn themes? Not sure how they'd work but it's a thought.

No autumn ones, but I will most likely be doing the Secret Santa Koi (SSKoi) again this year. Going to have to watch that though, as I was totally overwhelmed last year. I'm sure I'll be limiting how many total I sell, and how many bowls each person can buy.

For those of you who weren't here and don't know what SSKoi are, here's how it worked:
I created a generic "bowl" with a little red ribbon on it, and a tag with a little message on it. The person ordering would fill out a little form with the reciever's name, colors of koi, maybe a pattern, etc. It wasn't a big form or anything. They could also choose to let the person know who sent them the bowl. Then they'd send a trade for the amount of bowls ordered (they were priced at 1.5k last year). I'd save each bowl individually and send them out to whoever was getting them. They'd put them in their sig or wherever, and around Christmas, they'd 'unwrap' into a pair (one standard, one butterfly) of koi in whatever colors/pattern was requested. After they were all sent out, I PMed each person their koi.. both types, and both sizes.
