Well, first of all, you're in the wrong forum. The order form was for Panda Parfait, NOT Rainbow Laces, so if you had an order form from there, post it in THAT thread instead. :>
But it was relocated to Rainbow Laces, this shop right now, so take the order form from HERE and post it in this thread. But we closed up shop AGAIN, because my friend wouldn't work well enough.

Second, when it says relocated and stuff, did you check to read the post for more info on shop status? :3
