A. Well, all I'm going to tell you is that 1 program is MS Paint, 1 program is for image enhancing[not Photoshop, I am poor. XD], another is for high quality GIF and transparency, the last one is for animation. All the programs were legaly free. =D

Transparency

(?) it is an effect that...well...you know the white part in the corner of a lets say a banner that blends in the background, but when you put it on a black background, it will still be white in the corner, which will be hideous and unpro. I can actually make it blend in with any background without changing the image and wasting time!

[why?] it uses more time to do this quite long process and uses more memory then

Animation

(?) it's an effect that moves or is "animated"; thus drawing good attention and making people suggest that your site is professional and bring them to your site more often is my theory

[price] 1.5k g [2 frames low quality GIF, add another continueously for +.5k g each] 2k g [2 frames high quality GIF, add more frames for .75k g a frame]

[why?] it even takes twice as long as transparency and uses more memory even if on high quality GIF or not.
