Malaysian food are so many as there are many influences from three race, Malay, Indian and Chinese.

That's why there are many food at Malaysia. xp

Well... The chilli paste is actually sweet and a little bit spicy in the Nasi Lemak. Anchovies add crispiness to it. 3nodding

EDIT :: Put in on a plate or a sheet of banana leaf for more Malay-ness. xp

I've never tried anchovies but they just sound gross to me. I've heard they're salty and quite good, though.

I'd try the chili paste!! haha I like Thai food and this sounds pretty similar to it.
