Nope..
But the other day I was in the hospital, got there by ambulance. ._.

My chest felt like I had an elephant stepping on me, no matter what I was doing, or trying to do, it only kept getting worse.
I've got super bad anxiety, and that was the final straw of trying to push through it, since it wouldn't let me push through it this time.
Thankfully I had Greg with me, else it would've been hell to be alone.
On two different medications now, that will (I hope) actually work.
Time to start keeping a journal of my anxiety attacks and what I'm doing and how I'm feeling when it happens, to see if I can try to pin point what's triggering it. *Sigh*

Was poked with a few needles and still have a knot in my arm from a shot I was given. That damn hurt D;

I've noticed my ex causes them.
Everytime I start thinking of him or talking about him in a certain way, it kicks up. That really sucks.
That, and my mom does as well. I need to get out of this house soon D;
