I've been tempted to yell "SHUT UP" out my window many times, my friend even encouraged me to do that once. LOL D:
The kids are always screaming and yelling like they NEED people to hear them and hear what they're saying. As for the older teens and young adults (the ones with cars) they always pump up the volume of whatever they're listening to, to the maximum volume. I suppose the kids are worse though, but the older teens and young adults do that late at night or sometimes even early in the morning. The funny thing is I've never really shouted "SHUT UP" out the window EVER, although I feel like I'm about to, every single time I hear them. gonk
