Haha, I would complain more but it was only in game currency, and in the end the weapon is really really cute even if I will never get to use it (it's a bunch of tiny floating sparkly rainbow cubes that shoot healing magic. Fabulous).

Also guys, i am so happy, let me tell you one more dumb story before I go to sleep. So I was dicking around with my avatar when I came up with this one mostly by accident, and I was on skype with Peachy at the time, and I say to her "...I think i just managed to turn my avatar into a "Long Live The Queen" reference." And i send her a screenshot. And instantly get a very loud "THIS IS NOT OKAY."
IT WAS THE BEST REACTION I COULD HAVE HOPED FOR. I AM PROUD.

("Long Live The Queen" is a visual novel style life sim sort of thing where you are a tiny princess and your job is to make it to your coronation as the new queen without dying horribly. (Spoiler; it's REALLY HARD TO NOT DIE HORRIBLY.))

Especially because it's like, FANCY SCIENCE CYBER MAGIC, because S4 League is set up like "you are playing a shooting game inside a virtual reality world' and everything is ESP and computer viruses and kind of amazing. I'm genuinely kind of sad i don't really play it anymore, but random matches are made of terrible and sorrow, and my usual group all stopped playing.

SOKALOPE YOU REALLY DO NEED THIS GAME. BECAUSE SHE ISN'T JUST A PRINCESS THAT DIES A LOT, BUT ALSO POTENTIALLY A MAGICAL GIRL PRINCESS (..that dies a lot).
It's a game you can get on Steam, and apparently it's actually on sale for half off right now.

I have maybe had a little bit too much fun with this game, it reminds me quite a bit of that Princess Maker DOS game, just without the rpg exploration bits haha.

Oh man one of the best LPs I ever read was for Princess Maker. I've always wanted to try a similar game (with decent graphics). And yesssss omg Steam. :c I think most of the Steam games work on Mac? I can't remember how that works.

Steam is weird about what works on mac, it's pretty much just a game purchase system, it depends on the developer of the game as to whether or not it will work on macs. MAYBE THIS WILL FINALLY GET YOU TO DO THAT SPLIT THING FOR WINDOWS ON THE MAC. C:
