*cuddles back* yeah, spent an hour at the gym monday, and another hour doing a polymetric workout in my room on tuesday. Today is my rest day and then I do it again thursday and friday. I think I may need to take more time to stretch after I work out. I stretch but I think I may need to do more.
ok, but how long is your stretch/push up/sit up phase? if it's like a really quick thing then your muscles probably arent getting enough time to limber up.
not much atm. gotta go get a bunch of transcripts from my old high school, then go into college and get transcripts from there, then go to drama club and find out about auditions for the upcoming plays. and then i'm supposed to do some astronomy and psych reading before tomorrow. oi. e.e;
