Cause if you don't build yourself right it can make the game very hard crying Not to mention you have to have certain stats in order to wear your class equips razz Choices are Mage (three choices for first job advancement), Warrior (also three choices for first job advancement), Bowman (two choices at first job advancement), and a Thief (also two choices at job advancement)

I thought maybe I'd be a thief. But I know nothing about Maplestory, so I don't know actually.

Ok, well, if you go the thief route, you'll have two choices when you advance. You can become either an Assassin, or a Bandit. Assassins use claws and throwing stars, but if a monster gets too close, their attack sucks cause they don't have room to throw a star, so they punch with the fist. Bandits are alright, but they're kinda hard to build cause some of the daggers later on you need str for, but some you don't. So you don't have to put str into your bandit. They're not really all that weak, but at first they're pot (HP/MP potions) guzzlers. Give me a moment, and I'll log in one of my bandit and give you the stats you'll need to put your points into 3nodding Easiest to build is a mage, but they have no def or hp hardly, so they're kinda easy to kill xp One sec, let me log my bandit.

Ok, you have two choices. You can look at your next level equips and see what your stats need to be in order to sneak in some str every now and then, or you can go with the assassin (sin) build, which is all into luck and dex. But at level 10, make sure your dex is at 25, and then after that your dex will be your level x2, so if you're like level 15, your dex should be 30. Put the rest into luck 3nodding Or you can sneak str in, but to do that, you'll wanna check to see what your dex and luck need to be so you can equip your next level equips 3nodding Otherwise, just go with dex and luck if you're going to be a sin 3nodding
