That's a custom order form instead of a regular order form, but whatever. They're essentially the same.
Everything looks right, except for the eyes. They're 50g, not 75g.
whee (Unless you want two-toned, in which case you should tell me the two colors you want for the eyes and whether they go on the left or the right.) You also must purchase the fluffy tail base before you get a variation on it - so the cost of your tail would actually be 200g instead of 75g, because you're paying 125g for the actual tail and 75g for the variation. I hope that's not too confusing.
