It's only $35 if you go for one day. That's what's getting me. Reasonable enough and, if I really wanted, I could take the 'L' like 2 stops away. Even then, that area can't be more than a 15-20 min. drive.

Awww. The man doesn't seem to want to go, either, even though we've talked about it before and he's always sounded like he did want to those times. Either way I'm gonna be screwed because I need to go out that way to look for a birthday present for dad and kinda need to stop at Mitsuwa to get super thinly sliced beef for gyudon. I guess Tensuke would have it, but I don't know if the anime fans know about that place or not... I think this happened last year, too--didn't realize it was con weekend until I saw them all over that area. XP
