i tried to cosplay once in the arena but ppl just got mad at me cuz i guess some one had done the same cosplay like a year be for i joined gaia and some how i was copying that person.

People who comment in the cosplay arena can be quite rude...I never entered, but I did enter in the writing arena once.
EDIT: wait, wait, it's all comin back to me...I entered in the original avi arena with a snippet of a story I wrote. I had written a story and made my avi look like the heroine I envisioned.
@Raissa-who did you cosplay? :3
YAY I MADE A TOYBOX! Of sorts...it's just 3 separate journal entries with different categories of mini shop stuff. XD

Never limit your creativity, just limit the jerks you reveal your imagination to. My avi, as mentioned before, isn't really meant to be a cosplay, but thank you. Actually, if I can find a good enough artist, I would like to get some avi art done and turn this into an RPC that is at least in many ways different from Inuyasha. I like that my avi is liked, but I never planned on entering the arena because the people there don't seem very logical to me. As mentioned, a person makes a cosplay and just because someone did the same thing a year ago he/she must be copying that person. It's ridiculous.

It's easy to get addicted to shopping on Gaia. For the longest time I would act like a vulture soaring through the marketplace just to bid on an item with two seconds left. lol, but mostly on things I didn't need...
