I'm sorry to butt into the conversation, but I, too, am a little disappointed with the way the mini-shop forum is in now. I took a brief break from Gaia and came back to see a buttload of adoptables shop and a lot of my favorite shops closing due to inactivity or simply lack of interest. It made me really sad :'C
Also, I miss the Collective SO. MUCH. Mini-shops just seems so empty now... emotion_0A0
I know! it seems everyone just came back from a break lol, I remember being about to spend an entire day lurking the Minishops threads and constantly see everything moving, now I try to lurk the minishop forum out of habit and it leaves me staring at the same shops and pages most the day, infact most days I'm active my name is usually on under "last post" for 6 or 7 shops most of the day, it's pretty disappointing.
Is it really so bad to just want happy charming minishops back in action and to see some of the old ones become re-active, I saw a few of the owners of some really interesting stores I used to regular and now they've been delegated to making adoptables, which always seemed like a game of "Draw my fetish and I'll buy it" to me.
In fact that's exactly how I explained it to my fiancée who had no idea what they were.
Edit: Speaking of which I keep meaning to buy from you because your thread is beautiful, your art is beautiful and it's all laid out incredibly well, I just never get around to it because I'm lazy.
