you'll leave suggestions for any changes you might like

Hi one and all, We've decided to do an OB Secret Santa.
Once we cement the rules we will open up applications for gifters.
- There will be two price brackets, we are tentatively calling
them 5,000 - 10,000 gg and 10,000 - 30,000 gg. We are
considering a third, Cash Shop, price bracket if there is
enough interest. The ceiling would be 500 GC ($5).
- You may submit only one entry to each price bracket.
- Please, please, please check your overall gold amount
before signing up. If you don't think you'll have enough,
it's better to not participate than to participate and leave
someone giftless.
- These rules will be finalized on Thursday Dec. 3rd, and the
applications will open up.
- When you sign up for a price bracket, make sure you have
items on your wishlist that fall in that price range.
- Applications will be closed on Monday Dec. 7th.
- You will have until Friday Dec. 18th (two business
weeks) to shop for your Secret Santa.
- Gifts will be exchanged on Sunday Dec. 20th.
An afterthought: Because your price limit is 5-10k
and 10-30k doesn't mean that a single item has
to be 5-10k/10-30k. If you look at a person's wishlist
and find two or three items totaling between 5-10k
or 10-30k, you may choose to buy multiple gifts
as long as you don't go over or under the ceiling.
If you need any help with funding (and by help I mean
you're less than 2000 gold short for 5-10k or 5000 gold
short for 10-30k for your items) I will be happy to provide you
some assistance.
